As each one has received a gift, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of God's varied grace: whoever speaks, as one who speaks the oracles of God; whoever serves, as one who serves with the strength God supplies - in order that in everything God may be glorified through Jesus Christ. our gifts are for others. and are to be used with the strength God supplies. and that God be made much of. hm. this reminds me of the Spurgeon quote beth posted. hm.

it's grace that we even want our art to glorify God - i want to keep that as my main focus too.
Thanks for the post... Just started volunteering at our Contemporary Art Museum and am inspired even more.
My day just started out here and my panels are sanded and primed, my sketches are there and today's the first painting day. Can't wait to worship...praying for everyone.
